NextJob.mx, S.A.S., commercially known as “NextJob.mx” (hereinafter referred to as “NextJob.mx” or the “Data Controller”), is responsible for the processing, use, storage, safeguarding, and protection of personal data provided by users, candidates, recruiters, companies, company representatives, and any other individuals who access, register with, or use the services of the NextJob.mx platform, in accordance with applicable Mexican legislation governing the protection of personal data held by private parties.

For purposes of this Comprehensive Privacy Notice, the Data Controller designates the following address:

NextJob.mx recognizes the importance of the privacy, confidentiality, and protection of its users’ personal data. Due to the nature of the services provided through the platform, NextJob.mx may collect and process identification and contact information, as well as candidates’ academic, professional, and employment-related information.

Likewise, NextJob.mx may collect identification, contact, business, and tax information and, when necessary for the provision of contracted services, information related to payments and billing from recruiters, companies, organizations, and their representatives.

The personal data collected will be processed, among other purposes described in detail in this Comprehensive Privacy Notice, to:

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Create and manage candidate and recruiter profiles.
• Enable the posting, management, and viewing of job opportunities.
• Enable candidates to apply for job openings published on NextJob.mx.
• Facilitate communication between candidates, recruiters, and companies.
• Allow recruiters and companies to access candidates’ professional information, where applicable, in accordance with the platform’s features and terms.
• Manage services and packages contracted by companies and recruiters.
• Process payments and provide the information necessary for billing contracted services.
• Provide customer service, support, and communications related to the operation of NextJob.mx.
• Prevent fraudulent activities, misuse, or unauthorized access to the platform.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes set forth in this Comprehensive Privacy Notice and in accordance with the principles and obligations established under applicable Mexican law.

Before providing personal data to NextJob.mx, the Data Subject must read and understand the contents of this Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

Whenever it is necessary to obtain the Data Subject’s consent, NextJob.mx will make the appropriate mechanisms available so that such consent may be expressed explicitly or implicitly, as applicable under applicable law.

The use of certain NextJob.mx features that necessarily require the processing of personal data will be subject to acceptance of this Privacy Notice and the terms and conditions applicable to the platform.
